TLs and managers, how do you manage team productivity?

For those who use data to reduce cycle time, what are you using? How do you do it?

I’m a dev who’s semi new to management and feel like I’m not doing what I can to implement systems to help team productivity. I’d love to get some feedback on what has worked for you all.
